How information is used
Information is used to create orders, verify payments, process delivery, provide support, prevent abuse, send transaction updates and improve the service.
Payments
Card or Mobile Money credentials such as PINs should be handled by the payment provider. Mr. Michael Data Hub should not store customer PINs.
Service providers
Limited data may be shared with payment, notification or fulfilment providers when necessary to complete a transaction or support request.
Retention
Order, payment and audit records may be retained for business, dispute, fraud-prevention and legal purposes according to the final operational policy.
Customer choices
Customers should be able to update account details, control optional marketing preferences and contact support about privacy questions.
Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures should be used, including server-side verification, access controls and secure credential storage.
