Using the service
Customers must provide accurate network, recipient and contact information. Orders should only be submitted for lawful personal or business use.
Orders and prices
Bundle availability and prices can change. The price shown during order review is the amount intended to apply to that checkout session unless an obvious technical error occurs.
Payment
Payments should be processed through the approved payment gateway. A browser redirect alone is not proof of payment; the server-verified gateway status controls the payment state.
Recipient responsibility
Customers must confirm the recipient number and current network before payment. Successfully delivered data to an incorrectly supplied number may be impossible to reverse.
Service availability
Network or supplier delays can affect fulfilment. A paid order should remain trackable until delivered, reviewed, cancelled or refunded according to the applicable policy.
Account use
Where accounts are available, customers are responsible for protecting their login credentials and notifying support of suspected unauthorized access.
Changes
The business may update these terms as the platform, suppliers or payment methods change. Material updates should be reflected on this page.
